Unsolicited recipes are totally welcome! I can totally imagine how that dish would taste, too, and unfortunately, it still comes down to my lack of enthusiasm for summer squash. But as noted above, I should find that recipe.. I'm pretty sure I posted it here years ago.
And indeed, mostly what I'm doing is shredding and freezing it for use in baked goods later. (Though given the size variance, "one-squash" isn't a useful designation for me, so I'm doing them in n-cup measures.)
