I am not much of a fan of TVP (though I think it works in certain circumstances) which is why I still had the remainder of an old package in the house, so I used it. :) I think Lightlight crumbles or Gimme Lean or any number of other options would probably work better. It was still really good, though. (And actually the "meat sauce" was even better a couple of days later.)
