I soak about a cup of raw almonds ~8-24+ hours, then rinse and put them in the VM with a couple of pinches of salt and one pitted date. Then I fill to the max line (just over 64oz) with water and run it for a minute or so. Strain through a nut-milk bag (heheh) and tada!
Though I actually use a jelly bag to strain because DD doesn't like his milk even a little bit grainy.
