Finally back off my feet after much prep. The paté is done. Two (different) batches of matzah ball dough are chilling. The tofu is marinating with caramelized onions. The loaf is prepped and ready to bake tomorrow. Matzah has been baked. Yes, I made matzah, and for this, I believe I rule.
Still hours of cooking to do tomorrow! :)
Tomorrow's Tonight's Menu looks to be:
Homemade (and boxed) matzah
Mushroom-walnut paté
Eggplant & red pepper spread
Charoset
Salad
Matzah ball soup (with two kinds of matzah balls)
Sweet potato kugel
Eggplant casserole
Matzah farfel stuffing
Veggie loaf
Mushroom gravy
Wilted spinach with garlic
Baked marinated tofu with caramelized onions
Sauteed zucchini
Chocolate and vanilla puddings
Fruit salad
Blackberry pie
Chocolate-covered matzah
Macaroons
Chocolate (possibly in fondue form)
...And lots & lots of wine.
I think we need more mouths!
