I need a hug!

Yesterday I walked home from rehearsal.

This is only notable because I'd arrived on my bicycle, which was no longer there when it was time to go home. All I have left is a broken piece of the chain that was locking it to the stop sign. People suck. Blargh.

I suppose I'll be walking more, which I really need to do anyway with the Jimmy Fund Marathon Walk coming up. (Donations gratefully accepted -- the Walk benefits the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.)

I'm sorry, Jude. It was a nice bike.
People Suck.

Yes, you do need hugs! There are indeed plenty of assholes running around out there, and apparently one of them's now riding a bike. Aarrghhh!

I'm so sorry! I've had a bike stolen, too, and it was infuriating.

That totally sucks.

Ouch! Very sorry to hear it.

I'm sorry to hear, I hope things get better!

*HUG!*

Hope it's not too late to give you a ***HUG***! I have experienced that gut-dropping feeling of finding an empty space where once was parked my locked up shiny steed. The police report helped my situation. The guy was caught and tried, but I would have rather just had my bike back.

When I lived there, the area was known as the bike-theft capital of the US.

The "MIT bike lock" was the only thing that worked consistently. Unfortunately, it hasn't been available for a long time.

*hugs*

Crapples! That sucks. I have a spare bike that I can lend you if you want.

that sucks so bad! LJ-sympathy-hugs now, to be caught up with actuals in January...[by which point, hopefully, things will be All Better anyway].
