Inspired by a couple of people who wanted the recipe, I posted to my food blog for the first time in years with the awesome Stuffed Shells that I made on Friday. I have plenty of backlog to post, too, if I can remember how I made the things I took pictures of, not to mention stuff I jotted down here but never put there.

If you want to follow along via LJ, you can do so at the [livejournal.com profile] frog_food feed.

Wow, your food blog is kind of amazing!

If you don't mind, I am going to share your food blog with my sister... who is 20 and vegan and subsists mainly on Oreos and Coke. I will also peruse it myself, and possibly make something for the next family gathering--since my family members have not quite wrapped their heads around veganism, yet.

hurray!!

question: I plan on starting to home brew. can yeast dregs from home brewing be used in place of nutritional yeast? are there any caveats to that? (I'm assuming nutritional yeast is somewhat refined/processed or just cultured from scratch whereas brewers yeast is going to carry a lot of the character of the beer being made)

I might use your sour pickle recipe this year, if my cuke crop turns out well!
